Conference Registration Guidelines

Attendance at the 2026 AHA Rural Health Care Leadership Conference (“Conference") is strictly limited to (i) individuals employed by an Eligible Organization as defined below as of the Conference registration date, (ii) individuals who are on the board of directors or board of trustees for one of the Eligible Organizations listed below as of the Conference registration date or (iii) individuals who are Authorized Representatives, each as further described below (collectively, “Eligible Individuals”). No others will be permitted to enter.

Eligible Organizations

Eligible Organizations consist only of the following categories:

  • (1) AHA members and other health care provider organizations (such as hospitals, health care systems, ambulatory health care clinics),
  • (2) post-secondary academic institutions (such as universities, colleges, and vocational institutes or academies),
  • (3) government agencies, and
  • (4) associations and nonprofit organizations having missions exclusively focused on health care.

For clarity, individuals must be Eligible Individuals as of the Conference registration date. Contractors and other non-employees or non-board members working with an Eligible Organization are not Eligible Individuals and may not attend the Conference unless they are an Authorized Representative (see below).

Authorized Representatives

Authorized Representatives are (1) confirmed Sponsors or (2) AHA Associates. If you are a member of the business community and would like to participate in the Conference, we invite you to explore opportunities to become a Sponsor or an AHA Associate. Please contact marketing@aha.org for more information. Authorized Representatives will need to complete their registration process through a separate registration process — see farther below.

Registrations by persons that are not permitted to attend the Conference will be cancelled and the registration fee will be refunded. If you are uncertain about your organization's AHA membership status, please look up your organization on the AHA Guide website.

Sponsor Registration

All Sponsor registrations — both complimentary and paid — must be completed through a separate registration process. Please contact Belinda Harvey at ahasponsors@tradeshowlogic.com to receive full instructions on how to register as a Sponsor.

AHA Associate Registration

All AHA Associate registrations — both complimentary and paid — must also follow a separate registration process. Please contact Jude Pierre-Louis at jpierre-louis@aha.org for detailed registration instructions.
