Attendance Eligibility
Attendance at the 2025 AHA Rural Health Care Leadership Conference is limited to registered participants only. Only individuals who have completed the registration process and received confirmation from the organizers are eligible to attend conference sessions, networking event and meal functions.
Registration Confirmation
Participants must present a valid registration confirmation, either in electronic or printed form, at the registration desk upon arrival. Failure to provide proof of registration may result in denial of entry to conference sessions and associated events.
No Guest Policy
To ensure the integrity and security of the conference, guests, including family members and friends, are not permitted to attend conference sessions, networking events or meal functions. All participants must be formally registered. However, guest tickets for the San Antonio Riverwalk Excursion and the Networking Reception in the Sponsor Hall on Monday, February 24, from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM, are available for purchase at an additional cost.
Badge Requirement
Participants are required to wear their conference badges at all times during the event. Access to conference sessions, networking events, and meal functions will be granted only to individuals with a valid and properly displayed conference badge.
Security Measures
Security personnel will be present to enforce the no guest policy and ensure the safety of all attendees. Random checks may be conducted to verify registration status.
